The Belleville Area Chamber Foundation invites you to be a part of Winter Fest in beautiful downtown Belleville!

The HOLIDAY POP UP SHOPS ON MAIN will be a holiday shopping experience in the heart of downtown Belleville during LADIES NIGHT OUT!

This pop up shop event will take place in a large HEATED tent in Downtown Belleville's 4th St Square, while all the local restaurant and retailers will also have extended hours that evening.

You can also choose an individual 10x10 tent spot with sides. WE provide the tent, you’re in charge of heat.

This event has been a highly attended event in years past and will be highly advertised in print and digital media!!!

Because space is extremely limited, please fill out the form below ASAP in order to be considered for this event.

GOOD CASH AND CARRY INVENTORY IS ENCOURAGED!

$100 VENDOR FEE in large tent (heated)

$125 FEE for individual 10x10 tent (must provide your own heat)

8ft Table & 2 Chairs will be provided per Vendor, NO ELECTRIC GUARANTEED. You MUST bring your own table covering please!

Vendors will be notified by email of their application status within 5 business days of receipt. Selected Vendors will be asked to send their booth fee after acceptance.

By checking below and agreeing to this form, I acknowledge receipt and understanding of the Winter Fest Market Rules and agree to fully abide by them. The agreement of this contract indicates that the person submitting the form has full authority to sign for the above-referenced company (if applicable) and accepts personal liability for his/her company. I/we further agree to allow Belleville Winter Fest to use my photos in promotional materials. I understand the rules and I agree to abide by them. I also understand that failure to comply with the rules will jeopardize my participation in future Belleville Winter Fest and Belleville Area Chamber Foundation events.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT- In consideration of Winter Fest (“Committee”), the Belleville Area Chamber Foundation (“Council”) and the City of Belleville (“City”) permitting me to participate in the 2024 Winter Fest, the undersigned person does hereby agree to assume all risk and liability associated with my participation in Winter Fest. I recognize and acknowledge that such risks of participation in an outdoor festival include, but are not limited to, personal injury and property damage due to crowds, vandals, traffic, inclement weather conditions (including rain, hail, lightning, wind, and snow), as well as losses related to theft. On behalf of myself, my heirs, successors and assigns, I do further agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the BACF Committee, the Council and the City, their elected officials, officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever for injury (including death) to persons and for damage to any City property, or the property of others, arising out of, or resulting from, my participation in the 2024 Winter Fest. I do further hereby waive, release and discharge the BACF Committee, the Council, the City, their elected officials, officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, damages, and liabilities resulting from or arising directly or indirectly out of my participation in the 2024 Winter Fest.
